Tasheer" Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with "Elm" to Improve Hajj and Umrah Services Sector

A memorandum of understanding was signed at "Elm" company's headquarters in Riyadh by the Saudi Company for Visa and Travel Solutions "Tasheer" and "Elm". They agreed to collaborate on improving digital solutions for a variety of sectors, including Hajj and Umrah.

 

Abdullah bin Mohammad Aljrais represented the Saudi Company for Visa and Travel Solutions. While Elm was represented by Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Alomair, the CEO of Digital Products.  

 

According to Majid bin Saad Alarifi, the official spokesperson and Marketing Vice President, the two companies formed this memorandum of understanding as a result of their shared desire to improve their business in Hajj and Umrah sectors and enhance the digital experience of Makkah visitors. For instance, proving a pilgrim's identity and concierge services.

 

Alarifi also stated that one of "Elm's" strategic goals is to improve the services provided to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. As it intends to do so by developing specialized platforms to facilitate pilgrims' journeys, as well as agreements with relevant government agencies to develop pilgrims' digital experience.

 

The CEO of Saudi Visa and Travel Solutions Company, Eng. Fahad Alamoud, confirmed that this memorandum sets a framework for cooperation to develop pilgrims' digital experience and raise its quality level. He also mentioned that "Tasheer" will provide both the private and public sectors with a full range of innovative solutions related to visas, identity, travel, and consulting. A smooth, secure, and digital user experience is delivered by using the most recent technologies.
